How To Play Gameboy Games On Your Computer Or Laptop

First of all, you need what is called an emulator. An emulator is a program that runs the Gameboy Games and a few other such games. One of the most popular emulator is Visual Boy Advance. Click here to download Visual Boy Advance for Windows (English).

Now you need a ROM (GBA) file which is basically the game file. The emulator will run this very file. You can download ROM Files from http://adf.ly/A2ztq

Step 1: Open the website.
Step 2: Go to the ROM Files tab and choose Gameboy Advance (for this example).
Step 3: Click on a game of your preference.

Step 4: Click on Download Now.
Step 5: If a ZIP file is downloaded, extract all the files (except the "Read Me" file) to the Visual Boy Advance folder (or any other emulator you have). If a GBA file is downloaded, simply drag it to the Visual Boy Advance folder.
Step 6: Open Visual Boy Advance. Go to File > Open > yourgame.gba

You can save a game by going to File > Save and load the SGM game file by going to File > Load.
