Step 1: Open Control Panel.
Step 2: In the Hardware And Sound category, choose Adjust commonly used mobility settings.
Step 3: A window with title Windows Mobility Center will open. In the Brightness category, drag the brightness pointer to the right to increase brightness. To decrease brightness you can scroll it to the left.
Once you're done, close the window.
